Deion Sanders is not a fan of Kirk Cousins, which would put him right in the mix with a ton of Minnesota Vikings fans.
He made that abundantly clear when Vikings Pro Bowl rookie wide receiver Justin Jefferson appeared on an episode of Verzuz, which is a webcast series where celebrities battle each other to prove who is better.
In the midst of praising Jefferson for the work he put it on the field in 2020, he also took some shots at Vikings QB Kirk Cousins.
“Justin, I know you were good, I didn’t know you were going to put in that kind of work this year… I know this game. I ain’t crazy about your quarterback,” Sanders said.
Sanders finished off his compliment by saying, “With that, I can just imagine the numbers you would put up with something else back there.”
Jefferson handled those shots to his QB like a pro by not giving any type of reaction at all. So much as a smile or agreement could’ve ruined the relationship and locker room for next season, so good on the rookie to keep cool.

As far as Cousins goes, he has a career record of 51-51-2. In his third year with the Vikings, he amassed 4,265 passing yards, 35 touchdowns, and 13 interceptions for a team that finished 7-9 and in third place in the NFC North.
