Deion Sanders has revealed his two-word nickname for Andy Reid.
Sanders is a huge fan of Reid and the Kansas City Chiefs and was paying attention during Sunday’s AFC Championship Game. The Chiefs beat the Baltimore Ravens 17-10 on the night, with Reid getting his team to do exactly what they needed to do to take down the league’s best team for 2023.
The Colorado Buffaloes coach took to X to praise the veteran HC following the win, revealing his nickname for the 65-year-old.
“Andy Reid is the man! I love him as a man, a coach and a friend,” he wrote. “He is “COACH-HIM””
The Chiefs are now set to play NFC Champions San Francisco in the big game on February 11th as they’ve set up a 2020 rematch. Reid will be keen on masterminding what would be a third Super Bowl win since he took charge of the team in 2013.
Coach Prime, meanwhile, is looking to improve on his first season with CU after going 4-8 in 2023 and has already taken some major steps, having suggested that his team will be in the playoff next season as it’s going to include 12 teams for the first time.
