Deion Sanders believes he knows where the Lombardi Trophy is headed next following one of the biggest free agency moves of the offseason.
The Kansas City Chiefs are keen on becoming the first team to win three consecutive Super Bowls, however, Coach Prime reckons the Baltimore Ravens will get the better of them in the AFC next season as they’ve sealed a move for four-time Pro Bowler and two-time NFL Rushing Touchdowns leader Derrick Henry.
Taking to X in the wake of the news, Sanders declared the destination of said trophy has already been decided.
“@KingHenry_2 with the @Ravens & @Lj_era8 Lord have mercy on the rest of the league because it’s a rap!!!” he wrote. “The @NBA would’ve Blocked this move. WOW! This is epic but I hate the way we’ve allowed the RB position to be devalued. #CoachPrime.”
While there are plenty of fans who don’t believe Henry will impact the Ravens’ title hopes, he is the best running back the Ravens have had in the Lamar Jackson era, and they will offer intrigue.

Still, they’re fourth on the bookies’ list as it pertains to the current Super Bowl odds, with the San Francisco 49ers, Chiefs, and Buffalo Bills out in front.
As for Henry, he’s led the league in both rushing TDs and rushing yards on two occasions and is coming off a sixth-straight season in which he’s registered over 1,000 yards.
The Ravens are already one of the best rushing teams in the league and will likely be a lot better in that department as long as Henry remains healthy.
Who knows? Maybe Coach Prime is onto something.
