Deebo Samuel, who has been away from the Bay Area amid a standoff with the team, returned to the area this week for Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals between the Golden State Warriors and Dallas Mavericks Thursday night.
Samuel was previously at Game 3 in Dallas, which sparked heavy debate about him possibly angling towards getting on the Dallas Cowboys.
Here is the dynamic WR being shown on the scoreboard.
One thing Deebo does not like is when ‘weird’ fans stalk him while at the airport, so he took to his Instagram and spoke about it.

George Kittle said he spoke with Samuel recently and came away believing the receiver was in a “good place.”
“I actually talked to him a few days ago,” Kittle said last week. “Yeah, he seemed like he was in a good mood. He was hanging out with his kid, who he just had. … I didn’t ask about his contract, so we were just talking about other things, where he’s training at, and we ended up talking about sneakers for a little bit because we both are sneakerheads. So that was our entire conversation, but he seems like he’s in a good place.”
Samuel was a major reason the 49ers reached Super Bowl LIV in his rookie campaign, leading the team in pretty much every receiving category while also dominating in the backfield as a running back as well.
In 2021, Samuel appeared in 16 games for the 49ers and caught 77 passes for 1,405 yards receiving to go along with 365 yards rushing and 14 total touchdowns, six through the air, and eight on the ground.
