Deebo Samuel Carted Off In Serious Pain After Brutally Twisting His Leg vs. Bucs (VIDEO)

The 49ers fan base is breathing heavily after an awkward tackle led to Deebo Samuel being down in pain and grabbing for his ankle.

Replay showed a defensive player landing on that ankle and his body twisting the other way.

Deebo Samuel got bent awkwardly and fumbled.
