The family of Olivia S. Peters are rightfully devastated as they learned the news of their loved one dying in such an horrific way and right before Christmas.
They have since released a statement on her passing.
“Our family is devastated by the loss of our brilliant and beautiful daughter, Olivia Suzanne Peters, 29. Olivia was a life-long Montgomery County, MD resident, who attended Our Lady Of Good Counsel High School ( 2010 ) where she excelled at everything she did. Olivia went on to attend University of South Carolina as an undergrad ( 2014) and Shenandoah University where she earned her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (2018). Recently, Olivia started OT practices in Las Vegas, NV and in Manhattan, New York. Her passion and sole focus in life was treating special needs and underprivileged children.”
The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is still investigating a crash involving Washington Football Team safety and team captain Deshazor Everett. The crash led to the death of a 29-year-old Las Vegas woman. Everett was identified as the driver of the car.
Authorities said Everett was the driver of a 2010 Nissan GT-R that was traveling north on Gum Spring road near Ticonderoga Road around 9:15 p.m. when the vehicle left the roadway, striking several trees before rolling over.
Everett was taken to Reston Hospital Center where he is being treated for serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
The Washington Football Team put out a statement about the crash Friday morning.

“We’ve been made aware of an automobile accident last night involving Deshazor Everett. A passenger in his vehicle lost their life and we extend our deepest sympathies to the family and friends who lost a loved one,” their statement reads. “Deshazor is currently in the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone who has been affected by this tragedy. Our team has alerted the league office and is working with local authorities as we continue to gather more information. We will have no further comment at this time.”
The crash is under investigation.
