DeAndre Hopkins has no love for his former team at all.
The Arizona Cardinals wide receiver has taken plenty of shots at the team that allowed Bill O’Brien to trade him last offseason, so naturally, he was going to have something to say about his former quarterback wanting out now.
Hopkins took to Twitter on Thursday and posted a cryptic tweet that seemed to reference what it going on with the Texans by posting a GIF of a series of falling dominoes.
After trading Hopkins, an 0-4 start for the team got Bill O’Brien fired, but controversial figure Jack Easterby would make his way to the organization and things would only get worse. The Texans hired former Patriots executive Nick Caserio and angered their QB even more as owner Cal McNair had previously stated that Watson would have some input on the GM process, only to not contact him at all before making a decision.
The Texans were first to fire their head coach, but would be dead last to hire one.
