An NFL favorite has emerged for DeAndre Hopkins following his release from the Arizona Cardinals.
The Cards shockingly announced having cut the wide receiver on Friday, having failed to find a suitable trade partner. Hopkins had been rumored to be set for a trade this offseason but the team ended up cutting him as they weren’t keen on paying the $19.45 million he’s due in 2023.
A team has already emerged as a favorite to sign the player, who is now a free agent. DraftKings, one of the most popular sportsbooks in the United States, released odds on the teams most likely to land the pass-catching star on Friday night.
The Favorites To Land DeAndre Hopkins In Free Agency
The Buffalo Bills are thought to be the likeliest landing spot for the five-time Pro Bowler, with DraftKings attaching them to odds of +300. The Kansas City Chiefs are +400 in such regard, while the Baltimore Ravens are +650. The New York Jets, who have been intent on signing the best receiving talent available since landing Aaron Rodgers, are +700.
Hopkins has revealed he’s looking for stable management, a quarterback who loves football, and a great defense from his next team, things both the Bills and Chiefs can boast.

The wideout did have a no-trade clause in his deal with the Cards but that became null and void once he was suspended by the league after testing positive for a banned substance.
