We will soon find out what was really going on behind the scenes with the Houston Texans, because the franchise suddenly trading him did not make any sense.
The shocking came down on Monday when it was announced the Texans were sending DeAndre Hopkins and a 2020 fourth-round pick go to the Cardinals for David Johnson and a second-round pick this year and a fourth-round pick next year.
Hopkins, who was the No. 27 overall pick back in 2013, eventually took to social media and reacted with happiness to being out of Houston, possibly, just away from the head coach.
Hopkins caught 104 passes for 1,165 yards receiving and seven touchdowns in 2019.
