Veteran free-agent wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins was arguably the best player at his position during his prime, and now he has a chance at picking whatever teams he wants to play on after he was shockingly released from the Arizona Cardinals.
While Hopkins remains unsigned following his surprising release by the Arizona Cardinals, something may be going on behind the scenes that he is alluding to.
On social media, Hopkins would drop a cryptic post that had fans trying to guess what he was saying.
Many thought he may be alluding to a deal with the Cleveland Browns.

Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson said earlier this week that he “would love” to have former Houston Texans teammate DeAndre Hopkins join him in Cleveland.
During a Browns charity golf tournament, Watson hinted that he’s informed Cleveland’s front office that he would like for the team to make a run at Hopkins.
“That’s kind of out of my range of things,” Watson said. “All I can do is make a call and see what happens.”
Hopkins was originally representing himself, but hired Klutch Sports to represent him.
The 30-year-old Hopkins was a three-time All-Pro receiver playing with Watson in Houston. In 2020, their last season together, Hopkins finished with 104 catches for 1,165 yards and seven touchdowns.
Watson and Hopkins would love to recreate those numbers in a new city.
In his last two seasons with Arizona, Hopkins combined for just 106 catches over 19 games.
