It has become all too common for opposing fans to have the worst time ever while watching a game inside Lincoln Financial Field, and Dave Portnoy has finally had enough of the terrible behavior.
During the wild-card round win over the Green Bay Packers, a female Green Bay supporter was subjected to vile behavior from an Eagles fan who has since been banned and fired from his job.
Fans wearing opposing colors are common at NFL games, but playful banter can sometimes go too far.
After the Eagles beat the Washington Commanders at Lincoln Financial Field to set up a Super Bowl collision with Patrick Mahomes’ Kansas City Chiefs, it would not take long for another fan incident to kick off, and Dave Portnoy had something to say about it.
Two Washington fans were simply trying to walk to their vehicle as they quickly got surrounded by Eagles fans yelling and recording them. One Eagles supporter put his green hat on one of the fans’ head before quickly taking it off.
Another fan takes it further, grabbing the Commanders supporter’s yellow beanie off his head and appearing to run off with it.
The Commanders fan tried to retrieve it, but then thought better of it.

Dave Portnoy did not mince words about the viral video showing a group of Philadelphia Eagles fans harassing a pair of Washington Commanders fans.
“I know Philly fans are scumbsgs but this is beyond being a scumbag,” Portnoy said on X. “Total a–hole move to actually grab the dudes hat as he’s walking out.”
