Last week, Davante Adams made major headlines when he sent out a cryptic tweet that Aaron Rodgers reacted to. Rodgers went out and liked Adam’s cryptic tweet, which sent social media ablaze about the ongoing trade rumors regarding the future Hall of Fame quarterback.
Adams recently spoke to Rodgers and decided to update the fan base on what is going on.
“A lot is still being figured out on his end,” Adams told Colin Cowherd during The Herd on Monday.
He then stated his hopes of rejoining Cowherd’s show to celebrate Rodgers potentially staying in Green Bay.

Ahead of last week’s NFL Draft, it was reported Rodgers grew unhappy with the franchise and was seeking an out. Early reports suggested Rodgers wanted to play for a team on the West Coast, potentially the San Francisco 49ers or Las Vegas Raiders.
“I meant what I said last year and that hasn’t changed,” Rodgers said recently on the Pat McAfee Show, referencing his unknown future with the Packers. “I loved our interactions and what this show provided. I think people got a raw look at honest conversation about the future. Someone who’s not bitter or disappointed or frustrated about things they can’t control.
“My future is one of them. I’ve kinda surrendered to what’s going to happen and I’m confident in what I bring to the table and how I played last year and I’m sure that’s put more speculation (out there).”
If Rodgers doesn’t get his way with a trade, he is reportedly considering retirement as his next step.
Rodgers, whom Green Bay drafted in 2005, has been the team’s starter since the 2008 campaign and led the team to a Super Bowl title in 2010.
