We now know that Tom Brady will NOT be re-signing with the New England Patriots, ending a historic 20-year run that included six Super Bowls titles and three NFL MVP awards.
So now that we know TB12 is out in Foxborough, where will he land? It’s become the single most intriguing question to emerge from 2020 free agency, and according to ProFootballTalk, the answer can be whittled down to three teams.
The first two are pretty obvious, as rumors have been swirling for some time that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Los Angeles Chargers had a strong interest in bringing Brady aboard. But suddenly, a dark horse has emerged.
According to Mike Florio and Tom Curran, it appears as though the Miami Dolphins have thrown their hat into the ring. The Fins have been quite active in free agency thus far, adding former patriots linebacker Kyle Van Noy and former Cowboys cornerback Byron Jones on Monday.
And now, it looks like they could be in contention to land Brady:
Could you imagine Brady jumping ship from the Patriots to their heated AFC East rivals, the Miami Dolphins? Would this be enough to shift the balance of power with in the division? We could soon find out.
