A bunch of rich people lost a lot of money on Saturday after Maximum Security won the Kentucky Derby, only to be stripped and disqualified about 20 minutes afterwards.
So what does an insanely rich person do after that heartbreak? Place another bet away from the event.
Former Patriots teammates Tom Brady and Danny Amendola did just that when they bet each other $100,000 on whether or not Amendola can launch a football a certain distance at a target.
Not really sure who won this, but somebody could be heard saying, “Double or nothing.”
Let us not forget that Amendola has a cannon of his own.
