Daniel Jones did something many NFL players do in their offseason and took some time to interact with the fans.
Over the weekend, a clip made its way to Twitter of the New York Giants quarterback going undercover as an employee at a Hugo Boss store. Somehow, nobody seemed to recoginize him at all. The viral video featured the Duke product getting laughs from talking to unsuspecting customers.
Jones was a good sport through it all as he helped promote the collaboration between the Giants and Hugo Boss. He walked around the store greeting customers and trying to entice them to buy some shirts. Some people walked right by him.
As the video went on, more and more people started to notice it was actually Jones, including an Eagles fan.
Just like the video, Jones will have to sell Giants fans on his future as the franchise QB as he signed a four-year, $160 million contract extension in the offseason.
The 26-year-old had a good season last year under first-year head coach Brian Daboll’s offensive system but still has to overcome a 17-19 career record as a starter for the Giants.
