Daniel Jones definitely shut a lot of his haters up with his spectacular performance on Sunday against the Bucs.
Not only did he throw for 336 yards and two touchdowns, adding 28 rushing yards and two scores, the former Duke star actually shocked his own teammates in crunch time.
Late in the 4th quarter as the Giants were driving, Jones got into the huddle and showed off a side to him that none of his teammates had seen before.
“There was a point in the second quarter Daniel Jones went into the huddle and said, ‘Let’s fu* score!’ Guys were taken aback. Had never seen that side of him, seen him curse,” Jordan Raanan tweeted.
If anything, Daniel Jones gives everybody in the organization not only hope for the future, but hope for the remainder of the 2019 season.
New York is set to return home in Week 4, as the Giants (1-2) will take on the Redskins.
