Seven months was all it took for Aaron Rodgers to fully move on from his whirlwind relationship with Danica Patrick to not only dating somebody else, but getting ready to marry them.
In July 2020, Danica Patrick’s team made it clear that the Green Bay Packers QB and the former racing star were no longer a couple.
Fast forward to February 2021 and Aaron Rodgers dropped some shocking news of his personal life after rumors swirled that he was dating actress Shailene Woodley.
“2020 was definitely a crazy year, filled with lots of change, growth, some amazing memorable moments,” Rodgers said. “180 straight days of having my nose hairs scraped. Playing for very little fans or no stands in the entire season. I got engaged, and I played some of the best football of my career.”
It appears that news did not thrill everybody, especially Danica Patrick’s father.
On Twitter, a guy who claims to run with the father of Patrick first said “Danica is a friend of mine, trust me no one should care about him.”
Somebody asked him why he would say that, to which he explained, “Not my story to tell. But I race with Danica’s dad. I will leave it there.”
