On Sunday, Danica Patrick sent her fans as well as Packers fans into a frenzy when she posted a selfie with her sister and captioned it in a way that people thought she might have a bun in the oven.
“My sister Brooke and I sat down for a chat, and it was really good! We covered a lot of topics, especially pertaining to kids, and – I got some good advice!”
It made it even more believable when the Green Bay Packers QB would go on to even “like” the post shortly after.
After heading back to Instagram, Patrick saw the uproar in her comments and edited her original post to let people know that she was not having a baby.
“Clarification note (many hours after post) – NOT expecting!!!…. although I can see how the above text reads like that. *I must proof read better, perhaps – out loud.”
There is no way that she thought what she wrote wouldn’t be interpreted as a pregnancy announcement and she may be trying to send a signal to Rodgers that she isn’t getting any younger and her 40’s are right around the corner.
