It’s been a while since we’ve received an update on Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin, as the entire football community continues to sit on pins and needles, hoping for some good news.
The last we heard, Hamlin’s family said that Damar was “fighting” and they were taking things “minute-by-minute” and “hour-by-hour.”
Recently, we got our latest update on Hamlin when his marketing rep and friend, Jordan Rooney, made an appearance on the Pat McAfee show.
Jordan claimed that, while everyone is hoping for an update, they just don’t have one yet as Hamlin continues to undergo tests. They’re also waiting to see how Hamlin recovers.
The NFL has already announced that the Bills and Bengals will not resume their game this week, which seemed quite obvious at this point. And based on where things are headed, it would not be a surprise if they announced that all week 18 game are being postponed for the time being.

Following last night’s events, football is clearly secondary at this point. And it’s doubtful that any of the players on any team are motivated to step onto a field and play a game anytime soon.
