The Buffalo Bills are already heading into their Wild Card matchup against the Miami Dolphins with a huge advantage, as their opponents will be starting a seventh-round rookie quarterback in Skylar Thompson.
On top of that, they also received an emotional boost earlier today when second-year safety Damar Hamlin made an appearance at the Bills’ facility in Orchard Park.
Bills linebacker Matt Milano posted a story to his Instagram page on Saturday, and everyone couldn’t help but notice a familiar face that was featured in the video.
It was less than two weeks ago when Hamlin went through what many consider to be one of the scariest incidents ever witnessed on an NFL field, as the 24-year old suffered cardiac arrest and had to be resuscitated in front of his his teammates and the fans in attendance.
Reports later indicated that Hamlin suffered cardiac arrest twice that night, but he was able to pull through and was released from the hospital this past week following his speedy recovery.
And now, it seems like there’s a good chance he could be present for Sunday’s game at Highmark Stadium.

It should already be a pretty raucous environment in Buffalo. If the fans see Hamlin in attendance, Bills Mafia just might bring the house down.
