Damar Hamlin was at the Buffalo Bills’ game on Sunday but the safety’s appearance has triggered conspiracy theories as it was pretty difficult to see him given what he was wearing.
Many people around the web are now claiming that there was a body double used in his place, while there are even theories suggesting the safety actually died in the hospital and has been cloned.
Typing the name “Damar” on Twitter will now bring up the topic suggestion “Damar Hamlin dead.”
Hamlin attended Sunday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals in a mask, hoodie, and sunglasses. He was shown on television and the scoreboard at Highmark Stadium but the bad weather made it hard to get a good look.

The player didn’t speak to the media either, giving even more fuel to the rumors. But he has since taken to Twitter to respond to them.
If there’s any advantage to be had from cloning Damar Hamlin, we’d love to hear it. Until then, we’re just happy he’s back on his feet.
