After a failed stint with the New York Jets, Dalvin Cook will get his chance to chase a Super Bowl ring with the AFC’s top team.
Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Cook is signing with the Baltimore Ravens, who have already locked down the AFC’s top seed with a 13-3 record. Cook will join the league’s No. 1 rushing offense led by MVP front-runner Lamar Jackson, veteran Gus Edwards and rookie Keaton Mitchell.
Cook had a disappointing 15-game tenure with the Jets, finishing with only 214 rushing yards and zero touchdowns on 67 carries. Following last week’s Thursday night loss to the Cleveland Browns, the four-time Pro Bowler was waived.
Cook had four straight 1,000-yard seasons for the Minnesota Vikings from 2019 to 2022. Last offseason, the Vikings released Cook in a cap-saving move which led to him going to the Jets.
