Prescott was accused of sexually assaulting a woman in 2017 following his rookie season with the Cowboys. Prescott has sued the woman over extortion. The woman has requested $100 million in exchange for withholding pressing criminal charges and going public with the allegations.
The sexual assault allegedly occurred in February 2017 in the parking lot of the Dallas strip club known as XTC Cabaret.
The woman’s attorney, Yoel Zwhaie, took his client’s case to the Dallas radio waves this week and said his client is considering filing criminal charges.
The NFL and the Dallas Cowboys have declined to comment on either the allegations against Prescott or his claims of extortion.
