The Dallas Cowboys front office is in complete disarray as the team just refuses to make a final decision on Jason Garrett and his future with the team.
Despite that, the team is still going to speak with other head coaches.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media, former Packers HC Mike McCarthy is headed to Dallas to speak with the Cowboys.
McCarthy has already interviewed twice with the Panthers and met with the Browns and Giants this week.
The 55-year-old McCarthy led the Packers to a record of 125-77-2 (61.8 percent), which includes nine playoff appearances and a Super Bowl title in 2010.
