Dak Prescott and his girlfriend, Sarah Jane Ramos, became parents in February 2024 when the Dallas Cowboys quarterback shared that he and his girlfriend welcomed a Leap Day baby, a daughter, Margaret Jane Rose Prescott.
Although Ramos and Prescott have mostly kept their romance quiet, there was initial speculation about them in September 2023 when Ramos witnessed the Cowboys defeat the New York Giants during the opening week of the 2023 NFL season.
The couple has now taken their relationship to the next level.
Following the birth of their daughter MJ Rose in February, Dak Prescott and girlfriend Sarah Jane have displayed a new tattoo honoring the little child.
The cursive M in that tattoo changes to a J with a rose at the end. Jane received a smaller tattoo on her forearm, and Prescott received his on his right thigh.
For the first time, Jane uploaded Rose’s face on Instagram when she uploaded images of MJ Rose.

CowboysSI.com‘s Bri Amaranthus was on the scene to capture Dak’s thoughts on being a new father just days after the birth of MJ Rose.
“Yeah, I feel different, especially when I wake up in the morning. You see that baby and understand the responsibilities,” Prescott said. “Everything that I’ve always wanted for myself, but to want that for somebody else even more. It’s special. Everybody’s healthy and at home. We’re blessed.”
Prescott said he’s already started changing some diapers, but jokingly said he wants to “pass that job off.”
“Just a handful,” Prescott said when asked how many diapers he’s changed so far. “Changed the first one, then about two or three after that. I try to pass that job along.”

Dak Prescott And The Dallas Cowboys Have A Tough 2024 Schedule After Good 2023 Season
With a 12-win season, an NFC East championship, the NFL’s highest-scoring offense led by Dak Prescott, and a brilliant defense commanded by superstar Micah Parsons, the Dallas Cowboys entered the playoffs last year on a high note.
The Green Bay Packers comprehensively beat them 48–32 in a game that wasn’t nearly as close as the score suggested, and they hobbled out of the postseason.
Running back Ezekiel Elliott returned to the Cowboys after a year away, and top cornerback Trevon Diggs, who missed almost all of the previous season due to an ACL tear, is also back.
Now, the team has to face a daunting 2024 schedule.
The Tampa Bay Bucs, Detroit Lions, Baltimore Ravens, and Houston Texans—four of the current division champions—are among the more formidable opponents the Cowboys will face in Dallas.
