Odell Beckham Jr. is one of the most sought-after free agents this season and his name has come up a lot with the Dallas Cowboys over the past few days. On Tuesday, Cowboys star Michah Parsons openly recruited him with a tweet when he said, “Man obj talk to me !! @obj let’s do this s—!!!”
The wide receiver decided to respond with, “Lolol sheeeed you tell me !? U kno all the fam on my daddy side down there,” he said in a tweet. “Im just tryna win… whereeever I go.”
Appearing on “Good Morning Football,” NFL Network reporter Ian Rapoport stated that Dallas is “leaning in” to the surrounding OBJ talk “big time.”
“Mike McCarthy was asked earlier in the week and he said simply, ‘I’ve always been a big fan of Beckham.’ [Jerry Jones] was asked on local radio about the OBJ rumors … and he said that he has ‘all the appreciation in the world in Odell. What he’s been as a competitor…’ And then he said, ‘You know that Cowboys star would look pretty good on his helmet.’ That is a lot and that is the Cowboys leaning into this big time. Certainly some mutual interest, I would say, between the Dallas Cowboys and [Odell.]”
The former Los Angeles Ram is nearing a return from the ACL tear he suffered during Super Bowl 56. He made two catches for 52 yards and a touchdown in that game, earning his first career championship ring in the process. He has been a free agent ever since, since his return date wouldn’t be until the month of November.
The Cowboys are just one of many teams courting him as his former Rams teammate Von Miller confidently stated last month Beckham is “coming to the Bills.”

The thought of Parsons and Beckham teaming up on the Cowboys is certainly intriguing since they seem to be a Super Bowl contender, but so are the Bills. Basically, the choice is his to make.
Beckham is clearly in high demand, and his decision on where to play football this season should be coming soon. Will it be with the Cowboys? The Bills? Somewhere else? Only time will tell.
