As local and state government work to curb the spread of the coronavirus, people across the United States are being told to adhere to temporary shelter-in-place, self-isolation orders, social distancing rules, and mandatory quarantine.
Some famous athletes aren’t quite listening.
Right now, the state of Texas has a statewide stay-at-home order except for essential activities. Parties don’t fall under essential.
Ezekiel Elliott and Dak Prescott were clearly violating that amid a pandemic when they reportedly had a party Friday night at Dak’s house in Prosper, TX, according to TMZ.
“We’re told it was a birthday party for one of Dak’s friends, and at the height of the bash, there were about 30 guests.
At one point, Zeke was seen posting up near a buffet catered by Nick and Sam’s Steakhouse in Dallas. Normally, ya couldn’t knock him for that … the grub looked delicious.
The issue is the TX Governor’s orders call for social distancing at all times, and no more than 10 people in a gathering.”

Dak and Dez have been working out a lot lately and can clearly not be paying attention to the social distancing guidelines.
