Dallas Cowboys star Dak Prescott has opened up on his reason for declining the opportunity to be featured in Netflix’s ‘Quarterback’ docuseries.
The show has been huge for the streaming company as it’s quickly become a favorite among fans. But it appears they’ve been turned down by multiple QBs and could struggle to keep it running.
Justin Fields and Jalen Hurts have both revealed rebuffing advances, with Prescott also one of the players to have done so.
In any case, ‘Quarterback’ has been renewed for a second season and fans are dying to know who the next three up are gonna be, with Patrick Mahomes, Kirk Cousins, and Marcus Mariotta starring in the first season.
Well, Prescott isn’t going to be one of them. The Cowboys QB told reporters he has been approached but turned it down because he’s already on television enough.
“I get enough media,” he was quoted as saying. “This team gets enough coverage.”

Fair play; the Cowboys are the most popular and most hated team in the league, so they’re always being talked about on any football-related show.
The 29-year-old is under enough pressure to win a Super Bowl as it is. He could do without the distractions.
As for Fields and Hurts, they remain open to taking part in the future.
