Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has gotten some new ink this offseason, having slapped a fresh tattoo on his plant leg over the weekend.
Dak took his business to Andres Ortega at Onder Ink in Arizona, getting a huge tattoo as a tribute to his mother, brother, Kobe Bryant, and… Daffy Duck.
Prescott’s Cowboys teammate, wide receiver CeeDee Lamb only recently got himself a back tattoo from Onder Ink. And the QB has followed suit, getting one that covers almost all of his right leg.
The tattoo is a collection of artwork bearing some meaning to Dak. There’s a moose, which is representative of his brother Jace, who took his own life in 2020, while a pegasus is a nod to his mom, Peggy, who died from cancer in 2013.

The tattoo also features a sign from the Louisiana Pine Creek Estates mobile home park where the player grew up.
Dak also got a few representations of some of the biggest sports icons, including Kobe and Michael Jordan. A black mamba and Jumpman logo honor the NBA legends, the first of which passed away in a helicopter crash in early 2020. There’s also a depiction of boxing legend Muhammad Ali.
According to Ortega, the work took around 10 hours to complete. It also includes a drawing of the Looney Tunes character Daffy Duck busting the QB’s signature Dallas skyline touchdown celebration.
