Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones lavished high praise on star quarterback Dak Prescott, but not everybody who cheers for the team feels the same way.
There was yet another lesson learned by the Dallas Cowboys during their week 5 blowout loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
In the wake of the humbling loss to the Niners were questions about whether Dak could truly be the guy to lead the team. One radio station in Dallas thinks the clear answer is no, but the way they went about saying it is terrible.
Instead of him just losing his job, the radio station wished injury on him.
One guy said, “What week do you think Dak gets hurt and then Cooper Rush has to be the QB?”
“He has an injury history. You think it’s tonight,” as he continued to push for the injury to happen.

Disgusting.
The Cowboys’ offense ranked third in total yards and fourth in scoring offense last season. Through six games in 2023, Dallas is 17th in total yards and sixth in scoring offense, averaging 25.7 points per game.
After throwing for 153 yards and three interceptions against the Niners, Prescott rebounded on Monday Night Football against the Chargers with 272 passing yards and a touchdown to go along with 40 rushing yards and another TD on the ground in a 20-17 win.
The victory moves the Cowboys to 4-2, just one game back of the Eagles for top spot in the NFC East.
