Cris Collinsworth is 100% sure about who he thinks will win the Super Bowl.
Earlier this summer, the NBC Sunday Night Football analyst rolled with Joe Burrow and the Bengals as his Super Bowl pick for the 2023 season.
Burrow is nursing a calf injury, but that didn’t stop former Bengals receiver Cris Collinsworth from saying they are going to win it all again this week.
“I’m picking the Cincinnati Bengals for the first time in my entire life. I think that Joe Burrow is too good to, at this point. not have a ring on his finger. You know, let’s put a ring on it,” Collinsworth said, via On3.
“It’s time,” he said. “Who’s better at this point in time than the Cincinnati Bengals? I’ve never picked them, not once, in my entire career. I think it’s their year. I think they can do it. I really do.”
Patrick then asked Collinsworth if he was concerned about Burrow’s injury. Here’s what Collinsworth said in response: “I might be more concerned if he were playing in the preseason. You know he hasn’t played in the last three.”

Burrow is among those who are looking forward to the next chapter in the budding rivalry between the Cincinnati Bengals and Kansas City Chiefs. The Bengal have faced the Chiefs in the past two playoffs in the AFC Championship game. Both teams have won one game and advanced to the Super Bowl.
Cincinnati earned a berth in Super Bowl LVI with a win in the 2021 postseason meeting. However, it was Kansas City that captured the AFC crown last year before going on to beat the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVII.
The 2020 No. 1 overall pick has elevated the Bengals into consistent title contenders following an injured-shortened rookie campaign. The Bengals posted a 12-4 record with Burrow passing for 4,475 yards, 35 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions with a 100.8 passer rating.
