A whole lot of everything went on during this play.
Rashad Fenton and Cowboys cornerback C.J. Goodwin were wrestling each other to the ground when Fenton got his helmet ripped off. Fenton pointed and laughed at Goodwin, expecting a penalty to be called on his opponent. Instead, what he got was a taunting penalty of his own.
After a replay review, the Goodwin then got hit with a facemask penalty.
It’s been a scrappy game between the two teams, with plenty on the line as they both battle for playoff position in their respective conferences. So far, it’s the Chiefs who have had the upper hand, keeping the Cowboys out of the end zone throughout the first half. They took a 16-3 lead into the break.
