For the second season in a row, the Dallas Cowboys and Tampa Bay Buccaneers will face each other in week one of the NFL season. Dallas will try to get revenge after falling in the opener last year to the Bucs, 31 -29.
One man who can definitely help the Cowboys secure the victory is linebacker and reigning Defensive Rookie of the Year, Micah Parsons. In a recent interview, Parsons described what it is like facing off against the G.O.A.T.
Some pretty strong words there from Parsons, but definitely accurate as everyone knows what a fiery competitor Brady has been throughout his entire career.
For the Cowboys to have any chance of winning this game, they will need Parsons and the front seven to apply constant pressure on Brady, which could be made easier with the Buccaneers offensive line a question mark heading into the season.
Tampa Bay lost Pro Bowl guard Ali Marpet to retirement and their other starting guard, Alex Cappa, signed as a free agent with Cincinnati. To make matters worse, their center and anchor of the offensive line, Ryan Jensen, is currently out with a knee injury. His status for the game is highly questionable.
The Cowboys and Buccaneers will face off at AT&T Stadium in Dallas on Sunday Night Football.
