For a bunch of NFL players, winning the Super Bowl is the ultimate goal for them. For Cordarrelle Patterson…not so much.
The Chicago Bears wide receiver was asked by redline media on how it feels to be a champion after winning a Super Bowl with the Patriots last season, and he boldly stated that it didn’t mean “shit” to him.
Patterson caught two passes and rushed the ball twice in the Super Bowl, which gave him a grand total of 21 yards.
He is no longer part of the franchise as he has since moved on to the Chicago Bears. Maybe if he’s more part of the offense in Chi-Town, he’ll get a ring to appreciate more.
