It looks like Patrick Chung’s own house snitched on him.
The veteran safety for the New England Patriots could be facing legal issues as well as discipline from the NFL after he was reportedly found to be in possession of cocaine.
After it was announced that he was indicted by a grand jury in New Hampshire on a cocaine possession charge, it was revealed that the 32-year-old’s home actually brought cops out after his alarm was tipped for a breaking and entering. Cope searched the house and found the cocaine without actually looking for it.
Chung owns the home, and while he could claim the drugs weren’t his, he’ll still likely face a suspension from the NFL for four games as a first-time offender of the league’s policy on substance abuse.
Chung has won three Super Bowls as a member of the Patriots.
