It has often been said that athletes that specialize in one sport would likely be able to cross over into another much faster than the average joe.
The below video just proved that not to be true.
Kellen Heard, a former NFL nose tackle, thought his size would allow him to out box people who have been doing it all of their lives.
Heard walked into a boxing gym claiming he could take out 10 mexican boxers. They gave him one guy and he could not handle the much smaller guy.
Heard played college football at Texas A&M, then transferred to the University of Memphis with his last year of eligibility.
He played during the 2012 NFL season with the Colts and registered 18 tackles and two sacks.
