Tom Brady is coming out of retirement….and many people are pissed off at him. The legendary quarterback took to Twitter to announce his return to the Buccaneers for a third season, and his 23rd NFL season overall.
The news comes after weeks of speculation that his retirement would be short lived.
“These past two months I’ve realized my place is still on the field and not in the stands. That time will come. But it’s not now. I love my teammates, and I love my supportive family. They make it all possible. I’m coming back for my 23rd season in Tampa. Unfinished business LFG,” Brady announced on Twitter.
His announcement came with a ton of hate because he decided to make that decision in the midst of March Madness and he got accused of hijacking the big sports night.
