Colin Kaepernick is ready to get back into the league.
Over the past few days, we’ve seen numerous starting QB’s go down a significant injury as teams scramble to try and save their season because of their unfortunate circumstances.
According to ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith — Kaepernick’s camp has reached out to teams like the New Orleans Saints, New York Jets, and Pittsburgh Steelers to browse their interest in possibly signing him since their quarterbacks have all gone down with an injury.
The teams were either not interested or didn’t respond.
“I am being told that he has contacted – Colin Kaepernick’s agent and others – have contacted the Pittsburgh Steelers. Essentially they’re not interested. They’ve contacted the Jets, no word on them yet. They’ve contacted the Saints. They didn’t get their phone calls returned.”

Kaepernick has not played in the league since the end of the 2016 season, largely due to him kneeling during the National Anthem.
