Colin Kaepernick’s potential NFL return was floated as the Los Angeles Chargers hired Jim Harbaugh as their next head coach. Instead of coming back as a quarterback, he might come back on the coaching staff instead.
In the meantime, Kaepernick’s name was brought up in the wake of the Kansas City Chiefs advancing to the Super Bowl in Las Vegas.
Travis Kelce has been dating Taylor Swift for several months and they have been at the top of every major headline since she showed up at Arrowhead Stadium in September.
Swift, almost certainly the biggest star on the planet whose romance with Kelce became one of the prominent stories this NFL season, was front and center throughout the Chiefs’ 17-10 victory in the AFC championship game and their celebration afterward.
The only thing that endangers Swift being at Allegiant Stadium when the Chiefs face the San Francisco 49ers in the Super Bowl on Feb. 11 is her “Eras Tour” schedule. She is still expected to be there and become a major storyline.

In the 2012 season, 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick and coach Jim Harbaugh had one of the more magical runs in modern NFL playoff history.
His career with the team and ultimately playing quarterback in the league would end after the 2016 season due to his kneeling during the National Anthem.
Kaepernick started 58 games for the 49ers, posting a 28-30 record and throwing for 12271 passing yards and 72 touchdowns in six total seasons in San Francisco.
