Colin Cowherd is seriously considering that the Green Bay Packers should trade Aaron Rodgers.
On Friday’s edition of The Herd, Colin Cowherd made the case for the Seattle Seahawks making a trade for Rodgers.
“America, I want you to listen,” Cowherd began before declaring the Green Bay Packers should trade Aaron Rodgers to the Seattle Seahawks. “Tell me I’m crazy on this!”
“This thing popped in my head a minute ago, and it’s my best take ever,” said Cowherd, a native of Washington. “Aaron could live in a tent out in Kirkland. It’d be great. Psychedelic tea on the weekend. No state tax, I think Aaron would love the Pacific Northwest.”
“It’s my best take ever,” said FS1’s Colin Cowherd, suggesting that after this season, a “perfect” fit would have Seattle sending a first- and a second-round pick to Green Bay for the faded legend. “Am I crazy?”
“Pete (Carroll) is 70. Geno Smith? Some rookie quarterback when half of them bust?” Cowherd said. “Best take I’ve ever had in the history of the show right there.”

Rodgers, who turns 39 in December, would have to be judged to have enough gas left in the tank. “He’s not washed,” Cowherd insisted.
This season, Aaron Rodgers has a passer rating of 93.2 with 2,542 yards, 19 touchdowns, and 7 interceptions in 11 games.
Leading the resurgence in Seattle has been quarterback Geno Smith, who has been playing at an MVP level. Through 10 games he leads the NFL in completion percentage at 72.8 percent while throwing for 2,474 yards and 17 touchdowns and only four interceptions.
