There is something going on with Mac Jones, at least according to Colin Cowherd.
The Fox Sports 1 host stated on his show that he has heard some stuff about him, but he wasn’t at liberty to share it, which is crazy considering you think he’d want to be the first to put it out there.
“We’re hearing some stuff on Mac Jones, we’re not gonna talk about it on the air because we don’t want to yet… we’re hearing stuff that isn’t great.”
Patriots quarterback Mac Jones has been in the news this week ever since Sauce Gardner accused him of hitting him in his private parts. Jones, who has been accused of cheap shots in the past, had previously addressed Gardner’s comments.
He said he was getting up after a hard tackle on a quarterback sneak and was saying “good job” to the defense. He said the area where he made contact with Gardner was unintentional.
Current and retired NFL players cited that past to support their claims of Jones’ malicious intent. The league reportedly investigated the incident and decided they would not suspend him. Given his track record, it might not be the last time Jones gets accused of being a “dirty player.”

So far in 2023, Jones has appeared in three games for the Patriots and completed 64.8 percent of his pass attempts for 748 yards, five touchdowns, and two interceptions. He has also rushed 11 times for 53 yards.
The Patriots are 1-2 on the year.
