Anytime Deshaun Watson hit the field in Jacksonville during the Browns first preseason game, he was met with boos and chants.
Cleveland Browns offensive lineman Joel Bitonio was asked about the recent boos from opposing fanbases and said that it’s “Cleveland against the world.”
“It seems now more than ever, it’s Cleveland against the world. We’ll be ready for it,” Bitonio said.
His comments did not sit well with fans.

Watson apologized before his preseason debut with the Cleveland Browns. He apologized Friday “to all the women I have impacted” after being accused by two dozen women of sexual misconduct during massage therapy sessions.
Potentially facing a year-long suspension, Watson publicly expressed remorse and contrition for the first time since he was accused of sexually harassing or assaulting the women during therapy sessions in 2020 and 2021.
