Robert Woodson is not a fan of Colin Kaepernick.
The American civil rights activist, community development leader, author, and founder and president of the Woodson Center was recently a guest on FOX News when he made a shocking claim about the former San Francisco 49ers QB.
Woodson claims that Kaepernick is going to ruin the Super Bowl between the Kansas City Chiefs and Tampa Bay Bucs because of his partnership with Ben & Jerry’s on an ad that he claims will vilify the police.
The ice cream company and Colin Kaepernick teamed up earlier this year to create a vegan ice cream flavor, and just recently unveiled a mural and billboards in Tampa Bay, Florida where the Super Bowl will take place on Sunday, Feb. 7.
The artwork features Kaepernick and the phrase “I Know My Rights,” an ode to the activist’s non-profit Know Your Rights Camp, which aims to empower and educate Black and Brown people.
