2024 wasn’t the best for Cincinnati Bengals rookie wide receiver Jermaine Burton, and it is only getting worse for him in 2025.
Burton is facing another eviction proceeding, the second he has had in less than two months after a landlord filed paperwork to evict him from his apartment at The Banks.
The Enquirer is reporting that Itan Properties LLC filed an eviction complaint against Burton on Thursday of last week in Hamilton County Municipal Court. They are seeking to have the rookie out of Alabama removed from an apartment in East End.
The eviction complaint states that Jermaine Burton was to leave the property on Feb. 4 after receiving a warning in late January.
The eviction was due to lease violations, but the specific violations are unknown.
