The Carolina Panthers running back made his exit in the second quarter after a suffering a hamstring injury and got ruled out for the rest of the game.
McCaffrey’s girlfriend, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Olivia Culpo shared a subtle but sweet Instagram Story post after his injury by reposting a photo of the Pro-Bowler on the field alongside quarterback Sam Darnold and added three red heart emojis.
On top of that, she also shared a few videos with her pants down as she was receiving B12 shots in her behind.
