Athletes of today make such insane catches that most of them might not even make the highlight reel because they have become so common. I think it’s safe to say that we’ve never seen anything like what Christian McCaffrey did on the practice field.
The Panthers star running back was getting some route running in on Friday when he made an absurd behind-the-back catch downfield.
McCaffrey has been holed up in Colorado this offseason training with family due to the pandemic.
Christian McCaffrey signed a 4 year, $64 million contract extension with the Panthers back in April after he finished the 2019 season with 1,387 rushing yards and 15 rushing touchdowns to go along with 116 receptions for 1,005 receiving yards and four receiving touchdowns.
