Olivia Culpo simply wanted to enjoy the festivities at Coachella, but her not wearing her ring got her some unwanted attention.
In a recent “GRWM” TikTok, the SI Swim alum said she got hit on while attending the famed California music festival. She wasn’t alone as she was alongside her sisters and longtime assistant.
The former Miss Universe told in a video on her Tik Tok account, that while at Coachella, a man approached her to talk to her, a moment that was uncomfortable, but in the end she was able to get out of it.
“I will say though, not wearing your ring can get you into trouble,” Culpo said during a “get ready with me” TikTok video on Sunday.
“Yesterday, I got hit on. The guy was like, ‘I know you, I saw you at the Super Bowl party.’
“… He’s like, ‘What’s your name?’ So I gave him my name and then he looked up my Instagram… he didn’t follow me or anything and he definitely saw that I was engaged and he was like, ‘Oh bye.'”
“I literally thought he was going to steal you,” Culpo’s assistant said in the background. “I was one inch from your face just in case.”
“Can you guys believe I’m an engaged woman?” she said.
Culpo was proposed to by San Francisco 49ers star Christian McCaffrey earlier this month after several years of dating.

Olivia Culpo won the Miss Rhode Island USA competition in 2012, and later on, she went on to win the Miss USA 2012 and Miss Universe 2012 pageants. She became the first American woman to win the Miss Universe title since 1997.
