Late last month, the New York Jets signed G Chris Glaser to their practice squad. His stay would not last very long.
On Tuesday, the team wished Jets offensive lineman Chris Glaser a happy birthday but gave him the worst present ever.
The Jets wished Glaser a happy birthday earlier this morning and some five hours later, he would be looking for a job after the team decided to cut him from the roster.
Social media managers have no clue about roster moves, but they always get the short end of the stick when things like this happen and it’s crazy how many times it has happened to players.
The 23-year-old signed with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent out of Virginia following the 2022 NFL Draft. He was waived by August however and caught on with the Jets.

The Jets waived Glaser during roster cuts last year and brought him back to the practice squad. He was re-signed to a futures contract back in January but once again was released during roster cuts.
There is a chance he might end up back on the team.
He has yet to appear in an NFL game.
