The Kansas City Chiefs will be without one of their notable offensive weapons for Sunday’s AFC Divisional Round tilt against the Buffalo Bills.
Per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, wide receiver Kadarius Toney has been ruled out for tomorrow’s game as he continues to fight hip and ankle injuries. The 24-year-old hasn’t played since Week 15 against the New England Patriots.
Toney, who played a key role in the Chiefs’ Super Bowl 57 championship-winning season, had 27 receptions for 169 yards and one touchdown during the regular season. He infamously committed an offside penalty in the Chiefs’ Week 14 home loss to the Bills that took a go-ahead touchdown off the board late in the game.
