Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes shared a hilarious post for fans on X/Twitter after leading his team to a third straight Super Bowl appearance.
Mahomes and the Chiefs narrowly snuck by the archrival Buffalo Bills 32-29 in the AFC Championship Game, becoming just the fourth team in history to play in three straight Super Bowls. Kansas City will face the Philadelphia Eagles in the big game on Feb. 9, looking to complete the first Super Bowl three-peat.
After the game, Mahomes took to X and wrote, “I’ll see yall in New Orleans!” He followed that up with the popular GIF of Kermit the Frog sipping tea:
I’ll see yall in New Orleans! ⏰ #ChiefsKingdom

If Mahomes leads Kansas City to a third straight Super Bowl championship, it will only help his case as the greatest of all-time. Remember, Tom Brady won four of his seven Super Bowl rings after his 37th birthday.
